Ingredients:
3 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon powder (optional)
1 tsp. chocolate powder (optional)
1 tsp salt
3 cups mashed ripe bananas
1/4 cup butter
3 eggs
1/4 vegetable oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. all-purpose cream (for softness texture)
Baking Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C.
* Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda. cinnamon, chocolate powder and salt in a bowl.
* Mashed the banana in a bowl. Add eggs, sugar, melted butter, oil and vanilla and mix until it combine. slowly add the flour into the wet ingredients until it’s moistened and smooth.
* Pour into greased baking pan.
Bake for 40 to an hour until done.
