Coconut Macaroons Filipino Style

Here is the full list of the recipe:

200g desiccated coconut
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar (Option) 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
4 medium eggs
2 cans condense milk

Additional information:


-You may use mixer, wire whisk or other tools you prefer.
-Preheat oven to 180 degree C prior putting the butter in the oven.
-Sugar is optional, if you think its to sweet to add then you can remove it.

-You can substitute Butter to Margarine or coconut oil if you don’t want to use butter.
